Badshah responds to allegations of working with Pakistanis
The singer issued a clarification about his Dallas tour
Indian Rapper and composer Badshah issued a statement after receiving a letter from the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE).
Through the letter, the federation sought clarification on his rumoured collaboration with a company associated with Pakistani nationals.
The 39-year-old singer responded with details about his Dallas tour, scheduled for September 19.
In his explanation, Badshah said that the Unfinished Tour is being conducted through a US-based agency and not by a Pakistani company.
The statement reads: “The tour is exclusively managed by Manish Sood of Intense Entertainment, who acts as the sole promoter and point of contact, handling all operational aspects, including venue bookings, sponsorships, accommodations, and logistics.”
The Kar Gayi Chull singer reaffirmed his commitment to use music as a bridge for cultural exchange and unity, ensuring that his work remains entirely independent of geopolitical influences.
It further stated that Badshah is not involved in any financial transactions beyond those outlined in his performance contract.
On the other hand, the promoter, Intense Entertainment also issued a statement on the clarifying that 3Sixty Tour company is based in US.
They also claimed to have worked with Hrithik Roshan, Aghori Muzik, Purva Mantri and Abhijeet Bhattacharya in the past.
Showing its commitment to cooperate with FWICE in addressing concerns, the company said: “All venue bookings, hotel reservations, flight arrangements and ancillary logistics for the tour have been coordinated directly through Intense Entertainment, in strict compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.”
Before Badshah, actor Kartik Aaryan also received a letter from them for an Independence day event.
