Bollywood star Samantha Ruth Prabhu reflects on evolving career path and new priorities
Samantha Ruth Prabhu hinted to fans about her current life priorities, keeping the audience curious about her career plans ahead.
After a decade of winning hearts on screen, the 38-year-old actress recently shared that she would slow down and focus on her health and fitness.
In an exclusive interview with Grazia India, published on Wednesday, 20 August, the Theri star revealed that she had reduced her workload to prioritise meaningful projects instead of juggling multiple films.
She last appeared in Citadel: Honey Bunny for Amazon Prime, following her role in 2023’s Kushi, co-starring Vijay Deverakonda.
According to the publication, the Oh! Baby actress claimed that she had completed many projects, yet not every film was her passion project.
However, she now wants to pursue work that truly satisfies her, whether in films, business, or production.
Notably, Samantha will next star in Rahil Anil Barve’s upcoming web series Rakht Bramhand: The Bloody Kingdom, alongside Aditya Roy Kapur, Wamiqa Gabbi, Ali Fazal, and Jaideep Ahlawat.
The upcoming fantasy action drama is scheduled to hit theatres in 2026.
