Akshay Kumar shares his secret to eating early

Akshay Kumar is considered the most disciplined Bollywood celebrity, not only in terms of work but also in lifestyle.
Popularly known as ‘Khiladi,’ the 57-year-old is one of India’s biggest fitness icons and performs most of his action sequences himself.
And to achieve this dedication towards work and impressive fitness, his strict work-out and diet routine is not a secret in the industry.
In a recent interview, the Sky force actor talked about his healthy routine and shared an important tip with his fans.
During conversation, the Rowdy Rathore actor revealed that he consumes his dinner at 6:30 pm every evening.
Sharing the reason behind the early dinner, he said “Eating dinner by 6:30 is very important for your body. At night when we sleep, our eyes, legs, and hands all get rest. But if we eat late, the stomach does not get rest.
By the time we wake up, that’s when the stomach wants to relax, but instead, we eat breakfast and make it work again. So, the poor stomach is working very hard without a break. I’m explaining this in a simple way. As you all know, most illnesses start from the stomach.”
The superstar further said, “So it is important. I believe that if you take the most care of your stomach, then illnesses will not come to you. This is what I always follow.
That’s why eating dinner by 6:30 is necessary, it gives your body time to digest the food. By the time you go to sleep around 9 or 10, your stomach is ready to rest. That’s it.”
