Bollywood actress Malaika Arora candidly shared insights about her secret routine that helped her to maintain her youthfulness and activeness.

In a recent conversation, the 51-year-old actress revealed that she follows a simple self care routine by getting enough sleep, eating wholesome meals, and keeping a strong positive mindset.

On Friday, August 22, in an interview with Soha Ali Khan on her podcast All About Her, the mother of one revealed that she always prefers "home-cooked meals".

“Ghee is my superfood and these are things even Rujuta really propagates, but it’s something that I have done my entire life. Sleep, water, discipline, consistency… it makes a huge difference in your life,” she continued.

Furthermore, she shared that her wellness approach keeps her lively and strong.

She explained that she doesn’t want her age to dictate how she feels and that consistently challenging herself and staying active makes a real difference.

Moreover, the judge of the reality show Hip Hop India pointed out that staying fit doesn’t have to be complicated, adding, “Just simplify your life to three basic rules... It’s very important to have that mind and body connect.”
