Kriti Sanon has revealed the reason behind acquiring a penthouse in Mumbai, highlighting how deeply attached she is to her family.

The 35-year-old diva has established herself as one of the top choices for filmmakers. 

She is currently busy working on Cocktail 2 and has reportedly replaced Kiara Advani in Don 3.

While chasing her dreams on the professional front, the Do Patti actress is also building her assets and recently purchased a lavish abode in the city of dreams.

Talking about this milestone, the actress shared how emotionally significant this step is for her, something she had been manifesting for a long time.

The Crew actress explained that she had been living in Mumbai on rent, but when her parents moved in with her, she felt the need for a bigger space. 

She added that stability is very important, saying a home should feel home, as she does not like shifting residence again and again.

She shared a heartfelt memory, saying, “I actually have a manifestation book , a notebook where I write down what I want to do and what I want to achieve. It could be different things, like traveling to a particular place or something else.

 I had written there that I wanted to have a bungalow with a garden where my mom and dad could enjoy a cup of tea. A long time ago, my mom told me she wished to have tea in the garden of a bungalow. In Mumbai, honestly, a bungalow is almost impossible, very, very difficult."

She further said, "So, for now, this is my version of a bungalow. At least it has a garden where they can sit and have tea. It’s a dream I’ve ticked off my list, and I’m proud of it. I’m happy that it has finally happened.”

Just a few days ago, Kriti bought a luxurious sea-facing duplex penthouse worth over Rs. 78 crore in the Pali Hill area of Bandra West, Mumbai.
