Bollywood veteran actress Kirron Kher today marked four decades of togetherness with husband Anupam Kher.

On August 26, the 73-year-old television personality took to her official Instagram account to share a heartfelt note for her beloved partner, Anupam,  which reads, “Happy Anniversary dearest. My best friend and partner. Thank you for all the wonderful years.”

Furthermore, the caption stated, “My life’s best years are with you. We travelled the world together, laughed and enjoyed every moment. God bless you always. Lots of love and a happy anniversary (a series of red heart emojis),” along with it she tagged @anupampkher.

In addition to the message, she shared a nostalgic snapshot of the couple from a previous award show, in which she can be spotted styled in a golden draped saree while Anupam donned in black tuxedo.

Shortly, right after the post went live, netizens rushed towards the comments section of the social media update with warm wishes.

One fan wrote, “Heartiest Congratulations to both of you."

“Happy Anniversary, many more blessed, blissful years together," another chimed in.

A third user penned, “Happy anniversary to my most favourite couple. God bless you both with happiness forever."

For the unversed, despite forty years of their marriage, Kirron and Anupam don’t have their own children.

However, Kirron shares a son, Sikandar Kher, with former husband  Gautam Berry with whom she parted ways in 1985.
