Hrithik Roshan’s sea-facing flat in Juhu, Mumbai, is a perfect reflection of how well comfort can blend with luxury.

The apartment is designed to maximize natural light and fresh air, offering a panoramic view of the Arabian Sea.

According to media reports, the 51-year-old actor recently rented out this sprawling 12,000 sq. ft. residence to his girlfriend, Saba Azad, for just Rs. 75,000 per month, far below the market rate of  Rs. 1–2 lakh per month.

It is pertinent to mention that the Fighter actor has been dating the 39-year-old actress and musician for three years, though they continue to live separately. 

The one-year rental deal was signed on August 4, 2025, with a deposit of Rs. 1.25 lakh.

Located on the 18th floor of Mannat Apartments (also known as Vartamaan), the property was purchased by the War actor in October 2020, along with a duplex spanning the 19th and 20th floors.

 Reportedly, he spent a total of Rs. 97.5 crores to acquire these apartments.

Interestingly, despite owning such an extravagant home, Hrithik himself lives in another rented apartment in Juhu’s Palazzo building. 

Apart from working in films, the actor also actively invests in real estate across Mumbai and Pune.
