'Saiyaara' debut actors pays homage to audience for making their film a memorable success
Indian filmmaker Mohit Suri’s romantic drama Saiyaara, starring newcomers Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda, has completed 50 successful days in cinemas.
The film surprised critics and moviegoers, which turned into a record-breaking success.
To celebrate the special occasion, the lead stars took to their official Instagram account to shared an adorable joint post, on Friday, September 5.
In the shared post, the duo stands close outside a church, Ahaan gazing at Aneet’s warm smile as she holds his hands at her shoulder.
Their caption began with, “Today marks 50 days of a film that brought us to the world and the world to us. The love that we have gotten feels like a testament to the fact that if you believe in magic, if you feel it, the world may just feel it with you. Today marks a quiet moment for us, we close our eyes and all we see is you.”
The duo thanked netizens for their emotional openness, and for showing that truth and love are what truly matter.
Additionally, they mentioned that this connection will always stay with them.
Notably, the film made headlines by earning more than ₹500 crore across the globe and now holds the title of the highest-grossing love story in the history of Indian cinema.
