Former actress Twinkle Khanna shared a quirky post that had everyone buzzing on Akshay Kumar’s 58th birthday.

On Wednesday, September 10, the 51-year-old columnist took to her official Instagram account to reveal the glimpse of her husband's special day celebrations.

In the uploaded snapshot, she can be spotted in a red dress with a Joker nose and holding a giant Joker card cut-out, while posed cheek to cheek with Akshay, who looked stylish in black with funky card-themed shades.

The post perfectly showcased the couple’s playful chemistry. 

Accompanied with the social media post, she penned, “Birthday celebrations that started at 7 a.m. and ended with cards and karaoke in the evening. The birthday boy is known for always winning. I wonder if it’s because he has a certain joker by his side, if not in his hand. :)" 

Fans were quick to praise the duo, calling them “couple goals”.

It is pertinent to note that the duo first encountered each other during a Filmfare magazine photoshoot in the 1990s, later crossed paths again during the filming of International Khiladi.

Following to it, the beloved pair tied the knot on 17 January 2001 and are proud parents to Aarav and Nitara.

Notably, Akshay is fully braced up for the release of Jolly LLB 2 which will premiere on September 19, featuring a cast including Arshad Warsi, Saurabh Shukla, Amrita Rao, and Huma Qureshi.

Twinkle is making her hosting debut with the Prime Video talk show titled as Too Much with Kajol and Twinkle, which has already generated much hype among netizens.
