Sanjay Dutt, known for his powerful on-screen presence, is stepping into a new space, and it’s now a food business.

The actor has announced the launch of his first restaurant, 'Solaire', at the Grand Hyatt in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC).

Sharing the announcement on Instagram, Dutt wrote: “I’ve eaten around the world. Now it’s my turn to plate it. The first of many! Welcome to @solaire_mumbai.”

The clip offers a sneak peek into what diners can expect , a luxurious ambience with warm mood lighting, elegant seating, and an overall atmosphere designed to give guests a dining experience they won’t forget.

The announcement has already created a buzz among foodies and fans alike.

For many, the idea of the Khal Nayak actor stepping into hospitality came as an unexpected but welcome surprise.

The restaurant is designed as a fine-dining destination, offering a mix of Asian, Indian, Mediterranean, and Chinese dishes.

Located in one of Mumbai’s busiest corporate and luxury hubs, Solaire aims to cater to business meetings, evening gatherings, and social occasions.

The 66-year-old actor has ventured beyond films and invested in several businesses.

He co-owns B-Love Kandy, a franchise cricket venture, and invested Rs 4 crore in the sneakers and streetwear retailer start-up DawnTown.

Moreover, Munna Bhai M.B.B.S. star also holds stakes in Cyber Media India.

Most recently, he partnered with alcohol manufacturer Cartel & Bros to launch his own Scotch whisky brand, The Glenwalk.

In addition to his business investments, the Torbaaz star owns two production houses, Productions and Three Dimension Motion Pictures.

His banner recently backed the multi-starrer Bhootni.

However, unlike his acting career, Dutt hasn’t tasted much success as a producer, with most of his projects failing to perform at the box office.
