However, in a surprising development, the 59-year-old superstar is going to be replaced, as Arshad Warsi is set to return as host.

The 57-year-old actor anchored the first season of this reality show in 2006, and now, nearly two decades later, he is making a return.

Known for his razor-sharp wit and candid style, the Golmaal star will take charge of the Weekend Ka Vaar episodes.

According to media reports, Salman is busy shooting for his upcoming movie and, for this reason, will not be available to host the next weekend episode.

Adding to the excitement, Arshad will be joined by actor Akshay Kumar in these special episodes, airing on September 13 and 14.

The duo is currently gearing up for the release of their much-awaited comedy courtroom drama Jolly LLB 3, slated to hit theatres on September 19, and they are actively promoting the film.
