Tamannaah Bhatia explains how waking up early allows her to balance career and self-care
Taamannaah Bhatia, one of the most prominent actress of Indian cinema, recently gave rare insights about her daily routine that left fans stunned.
The 34-year-old actress, who marked 20 years in the industry in 2025, admitted she occasionally wakes up at 4:30 am to manage her hectic days.
In a conversation with Sonal Kalra on The Right Angle, she revealed that her mornings are dedicated for “brainstorming, creating, and self-care,” before engaging into long hours of shoots, projects, and business meetings.
Additionally, she revealed that at this stage, she often wished there were “36 hours in a day instead of 24,”as her schedule is so packed.
Interestingly, the actress shared that she is working on new projects, which also involve coordination with UK-based teams. This makes her evenings longer than usual. Yet, she remains committed to eight hours of sleep.
Notably, her routine might seem intense, she clarified that she only wakes at 4:30 am about three times a week, not everyday.
On the professional front, her new web series Do You Wanna Partner, co-starring Diana Penty, premiered yesterday on Amazon Prime Video, marking yet another milestone in her 20-year journey.
