Deepika Padukone’s rare gesture for ex-boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor’s wife, Alia Bhatt, secured the spotlight.

The premiere of Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan’s directorial debut, The Ba**ds of Bollywood, was held in Mumbai last night, which turned out to be a star-studded event.

The evening was attended by some of the big names of the film fraternity, including Ajay Devgn, Kajol, Anil Kapoor, Karan Johar, Farah Khan, Vicky Kaushal, Tamannaah Bhatia, Arjun Kapoor, Shibani Dandekar, Alia Bhatt, and Ranbir Kapoor.

To make the occasion more mesmerising, Alia opted for a classic, stylish look and caught everyone’s eye by twinning with her husband, Ranbir Kapoor.

The Highway star’s beautiful avatar gathered a lot of praise, but the compliment from her husband’s former girlfriend, Deepika Padukone, stole the show.

The 32-year-old actress chose to wear an archival Tom Ford piece from the Gucci collection of 1996, highlighted with a G-buckle belt.

She completed her look with the Gucci Bamboo 1947 mini bag and Tiffany jewels, pinning her hair back in a sleek bun.

Taking to Instagram, the Jigra actor shared a carousel of her pictures, and captioned them with, “The good, the bads and the glam @gucci (Star emoji) All set for the #TheBadsOfBollywood! @___aryan___ @redchilliesent @netflix_in.”

The comment section of her post was flooded with love and admiration from fans and friends, which included Deepika Padukone as well.

Deepika liked the post and also praised Alia by dropping a comment, saying, “stunning.”
