Veteran actress Shabana Azmi marked her 75th birthday with a glamorous celebration attended by Bollywood’s biggest names. 

On Thursday, September 18, the party began with the birthday girl and her husband Javed Akhtar stealing the night attention, as the pair appeared wearing coordinated red and black outfits. 

Meanwhile, the two danced to the trending song Pretty Little Baby. The attendees cheered and clapped, displaying by their energy how fun and lively the night was.

Additionally, the reknown choreographer Farah Khan gave her fans glimpse of the special day by sharing clips on her official Instagram account. 

Along with the reel, she added caption, which reads, "Now thats how u turn 75!! Happy birthday @azmishabana18 (red heart emoji) may u n @javedjaduofficial always be this young". 

For making the evening more memorable iconic actress Rekha performed on hit track from Parineeta titled as Kaisi Paheli Zindgani, sharing the stage with stars Madhuri Dixit Nene, Vidya Balan, and Urmila Matondkar. 

Fans and attendees loved the fun moments among the stars. Actor Sanjay Kapoor  also shared on his IG account, he noted, “Happy birthday @azmishabana18. What a fabulous evening! The OG Queens of Bollywood #rekha @madhuridixitnene @urmilamatondkarofficial @balanvidya.” 

The birthday celebration also included music by Shantanu Moitra with singing by Sunidhi Chauhan, which gave the listeners a nostalgic Bollywood feel. 

Notably, Shabana was last seen in R Balki’s 2023 sports drama Ghoomer, starring alongside Abhishek Bachchan, Saiyami Kher, and Angad Bedi.
