Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban’s financial empire has been thrust into the spotlight following the Oscar winner’s filing for divorce earlier this week, just days after news broke of their split.

Kidman and Urban announced the end of their 19-year marriage amid reports that their demanding filming and touring schedules had kept them apart. 

Sources close to the actress say she was “blindsided” by the separation, while rumors have surfaced that Urban has already moved on with a younger woman in the music industry.

Court documents obtained by Daily Mail reveal the scale of the couple’s fortunes. Kidman’s net worth is estimated at $250 million, with Urban’s at $75 million. 

Both stars reported monthly incomes of around $100,000 each, figures that appeared in custody documents regarding their teenage daughters, Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret.

Moreover, the filings also outline an unusual parenting plan: Kidman will have custody of the children for 306 days of the year, while Urban will spend just 59 days with them, primarily on alternate weekends. 

As per the outlet, the couple also divided holidays—Kidman will spend Easter and Mother’s Day with her daughters, while Urban will have them on Thanksgiving and Father’s Day.

Although no child or spousal support will be paid—Urban has reportedly already covered child support obligations—both parents agreed to split court costs and to jointly decide on major issues related to their children’s education and activities.

 The documents further stipulate that neither may disparage the other and both must encourage a positive relationship between the girls and each parent.

Kidman, currently one of Hollywood’s highest-paid actresses with $31 million in earnings last year, continues to balance her screen career with family life in Nashville, where the former couple own a $4 million estate. 

Urban, meanwhile, has been on his High and Alive world tour for much of 2025.

Furthermore, the divorce marks the end of one of Hollywood’s most enduring marriages. 

Kidman was previously married to Tom Cruise from 1990 to 2001, while her relationship with Urban had long been seen as a stabilizing force in her life.

Despite the split, both stars have pledged in their filing to provide a “loving, stable, consistent, and nurturing relationship” for their daughters as they navigate this new chapter.
