Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have reached an agreement on a parenting plan following the actress’s recent divorce filing, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE.

The plan, signed by Urban on Aug. 29 and Kidman on Sept. 6, requires both parents to refrain from speaking negatively about one another—or members of each other’s families—in front of their daughters, Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret. 

The order also stipulates that both parents must encourage the girls to maintain loving, comfortable relationships with each family.

As part of the agreement, Kidman and Urban will attend a court-ordered parenting seminar within 60 days.

As per the publication, the documents further state that Kidman will serve as the primary residential parent.

 She has been granted 306 days with the couple’s daughters per year, compared to Urban’s 59.

The Babygirl actress officially filed for divorce on Sept. 30 in Nashville, one day after reports of the couple’s separation surfaced. 

While Kidman’s camp has said she had been fighting to save the marriage, sources close to Urban suggested the country star had been struggling with personal challenges.

Furthermore, Kidman and Urban married in 2006 in Sydney and built a family life in Nashville, raising their two daughters there. 

Kidman also shares two adult children, Bella and Connor, with ex-husband Tom Cruise.
