Sonam Kapoor skips paparazzi pose, sparks baby bump buzz at engagement
Sonam Kapoor made headlines after her appearance at Anshula Kapoor’s engagement ceremony, which took place yesterday on Dussehra.
According to the sources, the actress is expecting her second child with Anand Ahuja, with whom she married back in 2018.
The mom-to-be stepped out in a beautiful traditional outfit, looking calm and graceful. However, her baby bump was hardly noticeable in the clip making waves online.
As she arrived, paparazzi called out for a quick pose. “Sonam ji, Sonam ma’am aage aayein,” they shouted. But the actress walked straight inside, choosing to keep the focus on the celebration rather than the cameras.
Social media users noticed and had mixed reactions, praising her glow while commenting on her no-pose stance.
Based on Pinkvilla findings, Sonam is currently in her second trimester, and both families are very happy about the news of her second baby.
Notably, Sonam last appeared in 2023 movie Blind, before she stepping away to focus on her family.
She has announced her comeback in Battle of Bittora, which is adapted from Anuja Chauhan’s famous book.
