The Bollywood actor Govinda has finally addressed the recent rumours about his marriage to Ssunita Ahuja. The couple who have been married for almost 40 years, were the subject of rumours earlier this year that they might be divorcing.

Govinda offered his thoughts on their long standing relationship in an open discussion on the talk show Two Much with Kajol and Twinkle. He ended the divorce rumours by saying, "Koi hume alag nahi kar sakta."

Govinda described Ssunita as the child of the family, “Ssunita is like a kid, but the responsibilities that she was given, she could manage our household only because she is what she is. She is an honest child. Her words are never wrong. It is just that she says things that she shouldn’t. She has made so many mistakes… I have forgiven her and the entire family so many times,” he said.

Ssunita was commended by him for striking a balance between her personal identity and her family obligations. Yashvardhan and Narmada (Tina Ahuja), their children, frequently show their mother love. Ssunita's openness sometimes causes her to speak without thinking, but Govinda clarified that her intentions are always sincere.

The actor considered the difficulties of committed partnerships, pointing out that men and women frequently have different perspectives on the same circumstances.

According to him, women patiently and sensitively manage the emotional rhythm of the home, even though men may oversee households. He went on to say that developing strong connections requires this mental toughness.

Govinda added that when men no longer have their mothers' comfort a wife's emotional support becomes crucial in many marriages. Deep emotional intimacy is eventually promoted by this dependence, which can occasionally lead to misunderstandings but also improves the relationship. He emphasised how partners grow and learn from one another as love develops over time.

In his words, Govinda portrayed Ssunita as more than just a wife, he described her as a lively, vibrant and energetic individual who has supported their family for many years.
