Rajat Bedi debunks rumours about Salman Khan's 'Radhe'
Rajat Bedi recently debunked rumours claiming that Salman Khan had removed him from his production venture.
The 50-year-old actor, known for his role as Jaraj Saxena in the newly released The Ba***ds of Bollywood, addressed the ongoing speculation.
In an exclusive conversation with Screen, Bedi said, “Wrong information, all wrong information! Salman Bhai loves me. Salman Khan has huge respect for me and my family. I’m from a third-generation film family. He loves my son, also. I love Bhai. Please stop spreading such wrong information.”
Later in the interview, the Koi… Mil Gaya star explained how the Sultan actor had actually protected him.
Speaking to the outlet, he added, “When he found out his team had called me, he said, ‘You won’t do this role, son. I’ll give you something better do.’ There’s no negativity; my brother was looking out for my interests. He wanted to protect me. So please stop spreading misinformation.”
Meanwhile, Bedi has recently garnered recognition for his performance in Aryan Khan’s directorial debut The Ba***ds of Bollywood.
Khan, on the other hand, was last seen in Sikandar, co-starring Rashmika Mandanna.
Radhe, starring Khan, Disha Patani, and many others, was released in May 2021.
