Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty has been away from the cinema screen for a while, but she is still regarded as one of the fittest stars in the industry.

At 50, she remains an inspiration for her discipline, beautiful physique, glowing skin, and balanced approach to health.

The Insaaf star has often explained that her fitness secret isn’t about extreme workouts or crash diets but “smart eating and simple routines.”

She starts her day with Ayurveda-inspired habits, a glass and a half of lukewarm water, followed by a few drops of Noni juice, which she once called an “energy booster.” She also practices oil pulling with coconut oil to detoxify her system.

The Rishtey actor considers breakfast an important part of the day. According to her “If you don’t break your fast, you’re not doing good to your brain and body,” she said earlier.

Her go-to morning meal includes muesli with fresh fruits and almond milk, or sometimes eggs, which she describes as “a complete meal.”

During the whole day, the Dhadkan lead focuses on clean, nutrient-rich food and avoids heavy carbs at night. Dinner is usually a light soup or broth, always before 7:30 PM.

Moreover, Shilpa doesn’t shy away from fats. She includes ghee in her lunch every day, saying, “It’s not the enemy; it’s fuel.” She also recommends coconut milk and doesn’t mind eating fruits like bananas.

Her youthful energy, she says, comes from yoga, mindful habits, and sticking to her routine.
