Pakistani actress Mahira Khan has finally addressed the rumors regarding the alleged changes in her facial features and claims that she got Botox and fillers.

The 40-year-old actress recently attended the music launch event of her upcoming film Neelofar, which was held in Lahore. In the film, actor Fawad Khan plays the lead role opposite her.

At the event, the Bol star wore a stylish lemon-colored dress, but what caught attention on social media was one of her photos in which her facial features appeared sharper and somewhat unusual.

As soon as these pictures surfaced, people started speculating that Mahira Khan had also taken the help of Botox and fillers to maintain her beauty.

After several social media pages and many users made such claims, the actress finally reacted through a video.

Mahira shared a selfie video on her Instagram story in which she appeared without makeup, with an apparently washed face.

In the video, she can be heard saying, “I just came back from Lahore, and I am hearing that I have gotten an eyebrow lift.”

Meanwhile, a lady sitting in the same room with another person interrupted her, saying, “Show us an eyebrow lift.”

At this, the Superstar actor raised one of her eyebrows, making everyone burst into laughter. Smiling, the actress ended her video by saying, “Anyways, I love you guys,” followed by a flying kiss.

However, the important thing to note is that in her video, the Raees lead neither denied nor confirmed undergoing any kind of cosmetic procedure.

On the work front, Mahira was last seen in Love Guru, which was released in June 2025, and received an overwhelming response from the audience.

She will next be seen in Neelofar opposite Fawad Khan, which also stars Faisal Qureshi, Madiha Imam, Behroze Sabzwari, Atiqa Odho, Gohar Rasheed, and others. The film will hit the cinemas on November 28, 2025.
