Rajinikanth, who has long been hailed as the acclaimed superstar of Tamil cinema, recently charmed fans while traveling to Goa for the next schedule of his upcoming film Jailer 2, directed by Nelson Dilipkumar.

A video going around online shows the 74-year-old actor flying to Goa for the next schedule of Jailer 2, while sitting in an economy class seat.

“Superstar #Rajinikanth turns a flight into a mini theatre with his charm! On his way to Goa for the #Jailer2 next schedule,” one fan wrote on X (formerly Twitter). 

Another commented, “Very lucky fans,” while a third added, “Rajinikanth in an economy seat yet the aura around him feels first class.”

Notably, he had a packed 2024. As he appeared in his daughter Aishwarya Rajinikanth’s Lal Salaam and TJ Gnanavel’s Vettaiyan, while Lokesh Kanagaraj’s Coolie which   made ₹518 crore globally. 

He is now reprising his popular role as "Tiger" Muthuvel Pandian in Jailer 2. Ramya Krishnan is returning, Shiva Rajkumar will make a cameo, and Balakrishna has a major part in the movie.

According to recent reports, he is teaming up with Kamal Haasan for a major movie. While the director and release date haven’t been revealed, both actors have confirmed the project before.
