Kartik Aaryan, who has often earned praise for his fit body, gave fans a rare peek into his everyday routine.
During a recent discussion, the 34-year-old star confessed that his fitness routine focuses on regular meals and discipline, rather than fancy diets or meat based meals.
In a podcast talk with Ranveer Allahbadia, the actor revealed that his plant based diet plays a big role in keeping him strong and focused, he said,“Making good body on a veg diet… paneer khaya, sprouts khaaye, plant-based protein khaaye, tofu khaya, aur raat ko ek soup peke so jaata tha."
Moreover, he told the host, for him fitness isn’t only about working out. He even admitted he’s been having the same tomato soup for six months straight.
As he mentioned, “It became like a robotic thing. Jaise raat ko tomato soup peeta hu, toh woh tomato soup pure six mahine chalta hai, kuch usme koi change nahi hai.”
Notably, his clean and balanced diet includes plant based proteins such as paneer, tofu, sprouts, and lentils, which give him all vital nutrients while keeping his stamina high.
