Betrayal on RAW: Logan Paul knocks out CM Punk, joins The Vision
The attack solidified Paul’s villain turn and his allegiance with Paul Heyman’s faction
In a stunning turn of events that closed out this week’s Monday Night RAW, Logan Paul, the YouTuber turned WWE Superstar, delivered a brutal knockout blow to the newly crowned World Heavyweight Champion, CM Punk.
The attack solidified Paul’s full-time villain turn and his alliance with Paul Heyman’s faction, The Vision.
The night was a tense affair, starting with CM Punk proclaiming his desire to be a “fighting champion.” Logan Paul quickly interrupted, stating he deserved a title shot.
Following a confrontation with Heyman’s clients, Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed, Punk told Paul he had a choice: fight with him or get out.
Paul initially retreated but returned later during the main event tag team match, where Punk and Jey Uso were battling Breakker and Reed.
The match ended in a chaotic brawl and a double count-out. Just when it looked like Paul was going to aid Punk against the attacking Vision members. The crowd was left speechless.
Paul slipped on the brass knuckles, a signature cheating weapon, and floored CM Punk with a devastating punch.
The betrayal was complete as Paul then handed the brass knuckles to an amused Paul Heyman, effectively joining forces with the group.
This alliance immediately establishes Paul as a top-tier threat and sets the stage for a massive confrontation, possibly at the upcoming Survivor Series: War Games event.
