Two of Tamil cinema’s biggest legends, Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan, are set to reunite on film in a project titled Thalaivar 173, directed by Sundar C and produced by Haasan’s banner, Raaj Kamal Films International.

The announcement comes after decades of acclaim for both actors, whose careers have hugely influenced South Indian cinema.
