Sabrina Carpenter created a viral moment during her Nashville concert when she playfully 'arrested' Nicole Kidman on stage
At her recent stop on the Short ’n Sweet tour, pop star Sabrina Carpenter surprised the audience by playfully “arresting” actress Nicole Kidman as part of her signature concert routine.
During the show, Carpenter invited Kidman—who was spotted in the crowd—onto the stage and placed a pair of her pink fuzzy handcuffs on her, eliciting cheers from concert-goers.
In a nod to Kidman’s memorable AMC Theatres advertisement, Carpenter quipped, “We come to this arena for magic, right?”
Carpenter then addressed Kidman directly, joking about relocating to Nashville if “things work out” between them—a light-hearted moment amid Kidman’s widely reported separation from her husband, country singer Keith Urban.
According to Daily Mail, Kidman’s unexpected concert cameo comes just weeks after she filed for divorce from Urban, bringing added attention to her public appearances.
While the “arrest” was purely playful and intended as part of Carpenter’s interactive stage tradition, the moment generated significant fan excitement and social-media buzz.
