Celina Jaitly, who has maintained a low profile over the past few years, has resurfaced in the headlines after taking legal steps against her husband, Peter Haag.

As per latest reports, the former star has submitted her complaint before the Andheri court in Mumbai, sparking a wave of public curiosity.

According to News 18, in the details presented before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, the mother of three has accused Haag of domestic violence, manipulation and cruelty. 

The matter came up this week before the Court of SC Tadye for verification and issuance of notice.

She is seeking ₹50 crore in damages, along with additional compensation for what she claims to be significant personal and financial losses, a development confirmed by ANI.

Interestingly, the estranged duo, who tied the knot back in 2011, share three boys. 

Their elder twins, Winston and Viraaj, were born in 2012, with a second set, Shamsher and Arthur, following in 2017. Tragically, Shamsher did not survive due to a congenital heart condition.

The case surfaces alongside ongoing issues involving her brother, Major (retired) Vikrant Jaitly. Celina asserts that he was unlawfully taken into custody in the UAE in September 2024.
