Dolly Parton has announced she is postponing her highly anticipated Las Vegas concert residency at Caesars Palace, citing “health challenges” that require medical procedures.

Parton, 79, was scheduled to perform six shows between December 4 and 13, 2025 — her first extended Las Vegas run in more than three decades under the banner “Dolly: Live in Las Vegas.”

In her message to fans, she admitted she won’t be able to rehearse or deliver the show she wanted, stressing she wants to be “at her best” for audiences.

According to Daily Mail, the postponed concerts have now been rescheduled for September 2026.

Parton reassured fans she isn’t stepping away from her career entirely. “Don’t worry about me quittin’ the business because God hasn’t said anything about stopping yet,” she wrote.

Though the singer didn’t reveal specifics about the procedures, she opened up previously about battling a kidney-stone infection and missing a scheduled appearance at her Tennessee theme park Dollywood — a sign that health recovery remains her top priority.

Fans are being offered the choice to hold onto their tickets for the new dates or request refunds.
