Kelsey Parker has admitted she feels anxious about attending public events in London, as she continues to grieve the devastating stillbirth of her son Phoenix Parker-Lindsay.

The 35-year-old shared her emotional state in a message to fans: following the loss of Phoenix — her first child with partner Will Lindsay — she said she often feels overwhelmed and uncertain about participating in public gatherings.

According to Daily Mail, Parker, who is already mother to two older children — Aurelia Parker and Bodhi Parker — with her late husband Tom Parker, explained that the grief she’s experiencing is compounded by public scrutiny.

In her statement, she described how the expectations to “act normal” and appear composed at events feel especially painful when dealing with such deep personal loss.

“Sometimes I just need quiet… to let my thoughts settle,” she said.

Despite the heartache, Parker expressed a desire to keep moving forward for the sake of her children, acknowledging that grief does not follow a predictable timeline. “I’m not OK, but I don’t have to be,” she wrote.

As per the outlet, her openness has drawn widespread support from fans and sympathizers, many of whom have praised her honesty and courage in sharing such a difficult chapter of her life publicly.
