The iconic apartment building that housed the beloved Friends gang has officially sold for a whopping $32.7 million.

Located at 90 Bedford Street in Manhattan’s West Village, the six-story building became instantly recognizable after appearing in the show’s establishing shots in 1994.

It was home to Rachel (Jennifer Aniston), Monica (Courteney Cox), Joey (Matt LeBlanc), and Chandler (Matthew Perry), with Ross (David Schwimmer) and Phoebe (Lisa Kudrow) rounding out the legendary cast.

The property, which includes 21 units, changed hands last in February 2024, when Jeff Sutton’s Wharton Properties purchased it for $18.25 million and renovated several apartments.

The ground-floor retail space houses the Mediterranean restaurant Little Owl.

The latest buyer, JP Real Estate Group Limited, an international investor, secured the off-market deal with Michael Sherman of Baseline Real Estate Advisors brokering the sale.

For die-hard fans hoping to live in the famed apartments, patience is required: none of the one- to four-bedroom units are currently available for rent, according to StreetEasy.
