Leonardo DiCaprio's movie, One Battle After Another, recently touched new heights of success after a profitable release in 2025.

The critically acclaimed movie was launched on September 26 and became the biggest box office opening ever for the film’s director.

The movie, directed by Paul Thomas Anderson, follows the story of a former member of the revolutionary, Bob Ferguson (Leonardo), where his daughter, Willa, goes missing, and he joins hands with his former team to save his child.

The film has now set a new record among other achievements as it becomes the movie with the most nominations on a BAFTA listing.

Paul’s project has gained 16 nominations on a BAFTA longlist, including Best Film, Director and Leading Actor.

Additionally, the movie that stars Teyana Taylor and Chase Infiniti, besides Leonardo, is marked as the perfectly scored movie on Rotten Tomatoes with a 94% rating from the critics.

It is to be noted that Leonardo’s “masterpiece” has won three major awards at the Critics Choice Awards 2026, Best Film and Best Director by the National Board of Review, and Best Feature by the Gotham Awards.

It has also received nine nominations by the Golden Globe Awards, 2026, seven nominations by the Actor Awards, and 14 nominations by the Critics' Choice Awards.
