Timothy Busfield, best known for his role as Danny Concannon on The West Wing, is facing serious criminal allegations following the issuance of an arrest warrant in New Mexico.

The actor has been accused of two counts of criminal sexual contact of a minor and one count of child abuse.

An arrest warrant has been issued by the Albuquerque Police Department as per People.

It has been alleged by authorites that the actor engaged in unlawful sexual conduct involving two siblings, both aged 11 at the time of reporting.

The identity of the two minors has not been disclosed.

The warrant further alleges that one of the children told investigators the incidents began when he was just seven years old.

The investigation began on November 1, 2024, after a doctor at the University of New Mexico Hospital (UNMH) informed authorities about alleged sexual abuse.

As per the minors’ parents, the children met the actor on the set of the FOX series The Cleaning Lady, which was directed by Timothy.

The mother of the two children filed a police report on October 3, 2025 and told that “her children both disclosed that there was sexual abuse by Timothy from around November 2022 to Spring 2024.”
