Millie Bobby Brown appears to still be processing the conclusion of Netflix’s highly successful series, Stranger Things.

On Friday, January 9, the 21-year-old actress took to her Instagram handle to share an emotional clip revealing that she had watched her character Eleven’s ending for the first time after Stranger Things Season 5 aired its finale on New Year’s Eve.

"watching THAT scene for the first time," she wrote in the caption. (sic)

The now-viral black-and-white video shows Brown watching the final episode on a large LED screen in what appears to be a production room.

As she removed her headphones, she said, "Thank you for all the years. I appreciate it."

Fighting back tears, the Enola Holmes actress stood up from her chair and exclaimed, "This d*** show!" before breaking down in tears.

Shortly after the heartfelt video went viral online, fans flooded the comments section with love and emotional reactions.

"The most beautiful 10 years with you , has been such a privilege," one fan wrote.

Another commented, "No other acceptable reaction other than this."

"Millie thanks for all these years! Eleven always in our hearts," a third added.

Stranger Things, led by Millie Bobby Brown, debuted in 2016 and wrapped up with its fifth and final season across November and December 2025.
