Khloé Kardashian’s former husband, Lamar Odom, has been hit with a major blow following a tumultuous night in Las Vegas.

According to TMZ, the 46-year-old former NBA star was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Odom was taken into custody on Saturday, January 17, and cited for two traffic violations, including driving more than 40 miles per hour over the speed limit.

He is now set to appear in a Nevada court on March 17.

The arrest comes amid Odom’s previously disclosed struggles with drug and alcohol use.

In 2013, Odom reportedly entered rehabilitation following a DUI arrest in California, a case that later concluded in a plea deal, PEOPLE confirmed.

In 2015, he suffered a near-fatal overdose and was placed on life support for several days after experiencing multiple seizures and falling into a coma.

The father of three has spoken candidly about his struggles with addiction and shared in 2024 that he had experimented with substances similar to those mentioned in Liam Payne’s toxicology report.

Khloé Kardashian and Lamar Odom married in 2009 and separated in 2013 amid reports of infidelity and struggles with addiction, with their divorce finalised in 2016.
