Kohrra which has been one of the most captivating mystery dramas is ready to return with its new season this February.

The second season of the series which has the original story and script done by Gunjit Chopra, Diggi Sisodia and Sudip Sharma is set once more in the dismal wintry landscape of Punjab where often silence is more powerful than a confession and thus a fresh case and a new duo.

From Jagrana, Assistant Sub-Inspector Amarpal Garundi (Barun Sobti) transitions to Dalerpura Police Station where he is now under the command of the new police chief Dhanwant Kaur (Mona Singh). Rannvijay Singha is also featured in an important role in the series.

The audience can expect a stunning second season as stated by director Sudip Sharma in his press release, "It's quite exciting to be back. Season 1 allowed us to explore quieter tensions between people, between past and present. This season as well, we've tried to bring forth as authentic a portrayal of Punjab as possible, with the characters rooted in a universal reality we've seen play out across the country. Release date

The production team declared on Tuesday that the second season would be released on Netflix on February 11.
