'KPop Demon Hunters' celebrates new major milestone
KPop Demon Hunters has a new milestone to celebrate.
The beloved animated film has now also earned two Oscar nominations, including Best Animated Feature and Original Song for Golden.
Ever since debuting last June, Netflix’s popular movie and its track Golden have been making waves, capturing audiences’ attention.
Winning both Best Animated Feature and Best Original Song at the Critics Choice Awards, the film went to claim repeated wins at this month's Golden Globes.
The hit song Golden comes from Huntr/x, whose members EJAE, Audrey Nuna, and Rei Ami bring it to life, with writing credits including EJAE, Mark Sonnenblick, DO 24, and Teddy Park.
Other contenders for Best Animated Film included Arco, Elio, Little Amélie or the Character of Rain, and Zootopia 2.
The Best Original Song category also included Dear Me from Diane Warren: Relentless, I Lied to You from Sinners, Train Dreams from Train Dreams and Sweet Dreams of Joy from Viva Verdi!
