Kate Hudson, Timothee Chalamet and Elle Fanning share their happy reaction to Oscar nominations.
The 46-year-old actress is over the moon after she receives her second nomination, which was announced on January 22.
On Thursday, Kate posted a series of photos and video on Instagram where she can be seen with her mother Goldie Hawn in the cover image as she embraces her actress daughter.
The second slide is a clip of the moment when Something Borrowed actress found about her nomination, whereas the final picture sees her name on the shortlist of Best Actress nominees.
Captioning the post, the Bride Wars actress writes, “What a beautiful morning.”
It is pertinent to note that Kate was first nominated for her role in 2000's Almost Famous and this year, she’s being recognised for Song Sung Blue.
Another celebrity, Timothee also expresses his happiness over his third Oscar nomination in the Best Actor category for his exceptional performance in Marty Supreme.
He reshares a poster from A24 production onto his Instagram Story with a heartwarming caption, “BIG DREAAAAM!!!”
Meanwhile, Elle is also “shocked” to earn her first Academy Award nomination for her movie, Sentimental Value.
Taking to IG, the Maleficent actress posts a screenshot of her video call with her parents, and feeling emotional while sharing this happy news with them.
“IS THIS REAL!?!?!?! IS THIS A DREAM!?!?!?! I can’t catch my breath. I am in absolute shock,” writes the 27-year-old.
Elle says, “What an honor to have my first Academy Award nomination be for a film that acknowledges the power of moviemaking and family!”
In the end, she adds, “I was equally overjoyed to see our entire “Sentimental Value” family recognised! I am filled with so much love. The whole house got nominated!”
