Jelly Roll reveals his dream lineup of country musicians in a new candid interview
Jelly Roll has recently expressed his desire to see a country music-focused theme at Super Bowl Halftime Show in the future.
The American rapper revealed he would like Super Bowl to be held in his hometown of Nashville in the next three to five years.
Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, Jelly said, “We are getting a new stadium at Nashville and I have dream that they do a country music themed halftime show.”
The Save Me crooner continued, “Maybe they just let me do a little 20 or 30 seconds in it.”
However, Jelly disclosed names he would like to see performing at Super Bowl.
Wild Ones singer told EW, “I want to see Tim McGraw, Garth Brooks, Reba McEntire, Dolly Parton.”
Jelly further said that he would love to see the country legends and some of the newbies at the show including Morgan Wallen, Hardy.
“I would love to see some new garner come in, and that’s my dream,” stated the 41-year-old rapper.
Jelly included more names like Kenny Chesney, saying, “All these singers maybe give me some time so I could do a verse or something.”
The rapper also mentioned names of Lainey Wilson, Megan Moroney, in fact, he added that he would like to see the whole community of country musicians at halftime show.
