Rashmika Mandanna confirms wedding to Vijay Deverakonda on THIS date
The couple, however, did not make any official announcements
For months, fans speculated about Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda’s wedding, and now it’s official. The couple is set to marry on February 26 at a stunning heritage palace in Udaipur.
According to a source close to the couple told Hindustan Times in December that the wedding would take place on February 26. They also planned a reception for friends from the film industry in Hyderabad after returning from Udaipur.
Rashmika was spotted at the airport, where a paparazzo recorded a video of their interaction.
In the video, she waved at fans shouting her name. At the paparazzo’s request, she removed her mask to pose.
When he said, “Congratulations, ma’am,” she smiled and asked, “Deniki ra? (For what?)” After he mentioned the wedding, she nodded and blushed without correcting him.
When asked about the wedding by Prema, Rashmika said, “It has been four years since these rumours began, right?” She added, “But today, the truth is, I will speak about it when it's supposed to be spoken about.”
Vijay last appeared in Kingdom, which earned ₹82 crore worldwide but failed to impress at the box office.
He now has Ranabaali and Rowdy Janardhana lined up. Rashmika had more success in 2025 with films like Chhaava, Kuberaa, Thamma, and The Girlfriend, while Sikandar received a lukewarm response. She now has Ranabaali, Cocktail 2, and Mysaa in her upcoming projects.
