Melanie Martinez has officially announced her return with her fourth studio album 'HADES' marking her first new era in nearly three years.
The singer announced the release date of her album earlier this week across her social media platforms to be on March 27.
The announcement comes after her 2023 album PORTALS which concluded the Crybaby trilogy.
With the Crybaby era now complete fans are eager to see where Martinez takes her sound and visuals next.
Following the announcement supporters flooded her pages with excitement with many predicting HADES will be their favourite album of the year.
Martinez has already given fans their first taste of the new project with the release of lead single POSSESSION which is out now.
The track topped Billboard’s weekly fan-voted music poll, earning more than 80% of the vote.
Music fans cast their ballots in a poll published Friday, January 30, choosing Martinez’s surprise release as their favourite new song of the week.
Aside from the single the album’s full tracklist remains under wraps.
Pre-orders for HADES begin Wednesday, February 4 at 12 p.m. EST via Melanie Martinez’s official store.
The album will be available on all streaming platforms on March 27.
