In a shocking turn of events, Zayn Malik has announced his new fifth studio album as a solo artist.
Taking to Instagram on February 4, the former One Direction member posted a black and white image of him and a tiger merged together with the text "Zayn KONNAKOL" written over it.
"It’s that time again, I have been lucky enough to make a fifth studio album," he penned in the caption of the post.
"My new album, KONNAKOL, out April 17 'Die for Me' is out this Friday," he added.
Die For Me is his unreleased song which he debuted during the opening night of his 2026 Las Vegas residency.
Now, fans across the world can enjoy the song on February 6, 2026.
The announcement of the 33-year-old English singer’s, new album arrives nearly two years after the release of his fourth album Room Under the Stairs, which came out in 2024.
The Pillow Talk hitmaker has released four studio album during his musical career as a solo artist: Mind of Mine (2016), Icarus Falls (2018), Nobody Is Listening (2021), and Room Under the Stairs (2024).
Fans showed their enthusiasm in the comments, with one user saying, "We love you and we can’t wait for ‘Die for Me’ and 'Konnakol'
"I CAN’T WAIT," another penned.
"I’m sure it’s going to be a work of art, like everything you propose to do, I can’t wait!" a third said.
