Justin Bieber donned a boxer short for his performance
Justin Bieber, who stole the show at the Grammys after he performed his fan favourite song, Yukon in a boxer, garnered a lot of attention.
In a recent interview with Rolling Stone Music Now podcast, Grammys executive producer, Ben Winston, revealed how the Sorry hit maker’s costume was decided.
The executive said that the father of one wanted a simple performance, so when he was asked what he would like to do, Justin said, “I'm just going to get on stage and sing.”
Ben revealed, “'I don't think he decided what the outfit would be until he walked on stage,”
He also praised the 31-year-old Canadian singer for his professionalism and ending an hour-and-a-half long rehearsal in just 15 minutes, which shocked everyone.
For the significant award night, the husband of Rhode founder, Hailey Bieber, was nominated for four consecutive awards, namely, Album of the Year (for Swag), Best Pop Vocal Album(for Swag), Best Pop Solo Performance(for Daisies), and Best R&B Performance(for Yukon).
It is to be noted that the singer was present at the event but, unfortunately, did not get to take any trophies home.
