Tony Hawk responds to Epstein files mention
The skateboarding legend blasted ‘narrative of nonsense’
American skateboarder Tony Hawk has slammed the reports of his mention in the Epstein files.
The Department of Justice released more than 3 million files related to the crimes of late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein on January 30.
The 57-year-old skateboarding legend has been forced to address the claim that one of his weddings took place on Jeffrey Epstein's island.
Tony called it a “narrative of nonsense” and misinformation.
In a statement shared on his Instagram, he wrote “Here are the facts and timelines of my nuptials. And I apologise if they don't fit a narrative of nonsense:
“1990: Married in Fallbrook, CA (at home). 1996: Married in San Diego, CA (at Hilton Hotel). 2006: Married in Fiji (on Tavarua Surf Island). 2015: Married in Ireland (at Adare Manor).”
He also apologised to his friend for being “pulled into” the speculation.
Tony’s photographer, Mark Epstein, who has no relation to Jeffrey Epstein, took the pictures at his wedding.
Other powerful men who have been named in the files include Donald Trump, Bill Gates, Bill Clinton and many more.
