Sanya Malhotra marked the first anniversary of Mrs, celebrating the film’s journey and its continued love from audiences.

On Saturday, February 7, the acclaimed Dangal actress shared her gratitude via her official Instagram handle.

She penned,"Mrs ko ek saal hogaya and everytime someone tells me how deeply the film moved them it stays with me long after the conversation ends."

She continued, "I may not always have the right words but as a performer I carry these stories with me."

Moreover, she concluded her note, by writing, "And I promise to keep learning, listening, unlearning, to represent women more honestly and responsibly on screen. Thank you so much for watching, sharing and loving Mrs."

Shortly after the post was uploaded the social media admirers have also shared their love and appreciation for the 33-year-old actress. One fan commented, "This film is a gold."

For the unversed, the drama, Mrs, is based on the 2021 film The Great Indian Kitchen, featuring Nimisha Sajayan in the lead.
