Bianca Censori finally speaks out on Kanye West’s viral Venice boat scandal
Kanye West’s wife Bianca Censori has finally reacted to the infamous viral Venice boat ride involving the rapper.
In a conversation with Vanity Fair, published on Friday, February 6, the 31-year-old architect broke her silence on the incident that led to the couple being banned from Venetian water taxis after paparazzi photographs took the internet by storm.
The images appeared to show Censori engaging in a s**ual act with West; however, she clarified that she was simply kneeling on a stool and resting her head on the Heartless crooner’s lap.
“It was the first time I was really embarrassed,” the Australian performance artist admitted.
Censori revealed that the viral moment was deeply mortifying for her, particularly because of her father.
She also insisted that the alleged act was impossible, noting that her aunt was present on the boat with the couple.
Nevertheless, the controversial photos spread rapidly online, sparking intense public backlash and resulting in a lifetime ban from the Venetian boat company.
Elsewhere in the wide-ranging interview, Censori also dismissed ongoing speculation that her husband controls her fashion choices.
“I wouldn’t be doing something I didn’t want to do,” she said, adding that when she appears nude, it is her own choice.
Kanye West and Bianca Censori were legally married on December 20, 2022, in a confidential ceremony in Palo Alto, California, after first being spotted together publicly at the Waldorf Astoria in Beverly Hills in January 2023.
