The Vadh 2 is making waves at the box office, proving that a gripping story and strong performances can stand out even among big releases like Border 2 and Mardaani 3.

According to recent reports, the much-awaited sequel collected around Rs. 75 lakh nett on Saturday, February 7.

As per Times, netizens were expecting the numbers to double from Day 1, and while it hasn’t quite hit that mark, the jump is still promising, as Sunday could push it even higher.

The source stated, the first Vadh managed roughly Rs. 65 lakh nett over its entire run in 2022.

In just two days, the sequel has nearly doubled that. However, the lifetime total of Vadh 2 looks set to be much bigger.

Still, some trade voices aren’t celebrating. One portal even said that “the second part shouldn’t really be happening.”

The thriller drama, which starred Sanjay Mishra and Neena Gupta, kept moviegoers hooked with their impressive acting.

Notably, apart from the lead cast, the ensemble includes Kumud Mishra, Nadeem Khan, Yogita Bihani, Prateek Shukla, Deepak Rai and Mukesh Suryavanshi.
