Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani are reportedly going the extra mile to save their marriage from falling apart.

According to a recent report by Radar Online, the couple who have been married for over four years, have made a New Year's resolution to protect their relationship after a challenging year in 2025.

"Gwen and Blake have taken stock of what went wrong this past year and realized they can't coast anymore if they want this to last," the insider said.

The source added that Shelton and Stefani have an immense amount of love for one another but admit that "during the past year they really drifted and became disconnected."

Despite the struggles, the duo have remained committed to staying together instead of letting their demanding schedules come between them.

"They're being much more intentional about what work and social commitments they say yes to, so they're not constantly pulled in opposite directions," the tipster noted.

They continued, "Blake has promised to meet Gwen halfway on things that really matter to her, including going to church with her more often."

Previous reports claimed that Stefani was worried about her spouse’s weight and had asked him to stop consuming junk food. Now Shelton is reportedly "taking her concerns about his health seriously."

Respecting his wife’s wishes, the God’s Country crooner has "agreed to buckle down, get fitter, and cut back on all the crappy food."

"On top of that, they're prioritizing their relationship again with proper date nights and plans for a romantic getaway. It's a very deliberate reset, which hopefully will get them back on track," the source concluded.

Gwent Stefani and Blake Shelton first met while serving as coaches on season 7 of The Voice in 2014 and tied the knot in July 2021.
