Penn Badgley has sent fans into a major frenzy after teasing a reunion with his Gossip Girl co-star.

Taking to Instagram, on February 11 the Podcrushed podcast, which 39-year-old star co-hosts with Nava Kavelin and Sophie Ansari, teased that the final guest on the final season of the podcast would be none other than Leighton Meester.

Sharing multiple photos of the duo on the hit show as Dan Humphrey and Blair Waldorf, the caption of the post read, "This week’s *double* episode will be out tomorrow (Thursday!) instead of our usual Wednesday."

"So while we wait, we dair you to guess who our series finale guest next week will be…. XOXO" they teased with playful play on words.

Fans showed their excitement after the announcement, with one saying, "Wait, Leighton again? The first guest, back again!!"

"DAIR FOREVER BTW," another fan commented.

For the unversed, the 39-year-old actress and singer was also the first guest on the show when it started and now will be the final guest as well.

This news comes after Penn and his co hosts announced on January 27, that Podcrushed will not be returning for a fourth season, and will end with its third.
