The two actors arrived at New York courthouse on Wednesday

Co-stars Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni arrived at the U.S. District Court in Manhattan for a final chance to resolve their legal battle ahead of their May trial.

However, the settlement did not see a positive result.

The duo is scheduled for a May trial unless they reach a settlement ahead of the hearing.

As per Variety, the actor’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, confirmed that the duo has not reached a settlement.

The mandated mediation was presided by Magistrate Judge Sarah L. Cave which lasted for six hours and but no resolution was attained.

Brayn told the press that he is looking forward to the trial and “The case will move forward.”

He added that he is “very hopeful” for Justin’s case.

Blake and Justin starred in 2024 film Its Ends With Us which sparked major outrage over their press runs before the actress sued him for sexual harrasment while he countersued for defamation.

The mother-of-three is seeking $160 million in damages that she alleges she suffered due to the smear campaign.
