American rapper reveals real reason behind losing her weight
Ice Spice finally clears the air on using Ozempic for her weight loss in a new social media post.
The American rapper gave a befitting response to a troll on X, formerly Twitter, who blamed her for using Ozempic to shed a few pounds from her body.
“This weak ass video just shows it was definitely from Ozempic," wrote the user on February 25.
However, a day later, the Princess Diana singer clarified that it wasn’t Ozempic that she lost her weight, but she was suffering from “depression”.
“Na it was depression im better now tho,” explained the 26-year-old.
After Ice's admission about her mental health struggles, several fans tried to pacify her in the comment section.
One fan said, “Love the fact you admitted what it was.”
Another wrote, “You’re so loved and appreciated im glad ur feeling better.”
“Depression is no joke glad you’re feeling better and you look amazing!!” added a third user.
This is not the first time the rapper shut down the rumours about taking Ozempic for weight loss.
“I wish y'all never learned the word Ozempic. That's one thing I wish,” she remarked on X.
Spice further said. “Oh my God, like, what even is Ozempic? Genuinely, what is that?”
